New Host

Good evening,
I am considering switching hosting companies and while I have not excluded aabox I would like to know if anyone out there has a company they could recommend that is familiar with oscommerce and is able to give me technical support and upgrades as well as hosting my site.

AABox does all that... We do not do free upgrades of osCMax but we can patch it at very reasonable rates. We also do mod installation if you need anything added to your shop, and this is also billable.

AABox has been around a long time and we have a lot of experience with osCommerce and osCMax (I am the lead developer of osCMax too)

If I should switch over, do you charge for changes by the hour or by the project.

Hourly per project. Each project is quoted ahead of time and requires your approval before any work is started. You will know exactly how much each project will be and how many hours it will take.

It was moved to the lounge because it really was not a osCMax topic. We like to keep things organized so they are easier to find. Sorry for the confusion.

If you ever lose track of one of your posts, use the advanced search feature and just search for all posts by yourself.

As a side note, we only remove spam messages or abusive messages. Everything else stays, but it may get reorganized.
