Adding Second Product Picture

Any one having problems adding the second or Main Product picture under Product Description Menu? *not the small default oscommerce picture. (This is the menu much like the menu from posting a new Thread under the aabox forum where you could click on the icon to insert a picture.) Every time I try to upload a picture it says that

file 'picture.jpg' could not be created.

Does the prouduct picture have to be in a specific file location or folder first? Do I need to ftp the picture to some where first? or the only way that this will work is by adding a link from somewhere else?

The only folder that shows up on the left is the images root folder. Where is this folder located if I need to ftp all the pictures there?

Hi,

I am not 100% sure what you are asking.

To specify a products image, all you need to do in the product entry page of the admin is to click the browse button, select the image, then click the preview button. Next click the Update button.

The admin will automatically upload the file to the images directory. It should be automatic.
