If I don't have a restore for my complete site. In regards to the Bts templates problem where images were deleted. Are they certain file can can be restored to fix the bug damage?

Once you patch the main_page.tpl.php and popup. What other files were affected from this bug?

What is the easiest way to fix this without restoring all files becasuse I don't have a backup?

To fix the bug in BTS, see this thread:

It explains how to patch the security hole easily and quickly. Only the files mentioned in the fix are affected by the security hole.

Regarding your question about restoring data, this really depends on your backup procedures. If you do not keep backups, there is not a way to restore data that was lost.
