Having Problems with Shipping Charges

Hello,

I would like to use FedEx calculations on shipping charges on some of my products and flat rates on others. Unfortunately, when I do a test order and order one product that uses the fedex shipping and another that uses flat rate, it always only applies the flat rate.

For example, I ship:

1 CargoCatch - FedEx shipping charge should be $10
1 Carry Bag - flat rate should be 7.95

The total shipping charge should be 17.95 but it only charges the customer 7.95.

What am I doing wrong? I can't seem to figure this out. The only thing that works is to assign all my products flat rate shipping charges and that doesn't work if I want to ship something overnight.

Please help.
